Yay Saturdays! No partners this time however, all the work is up to you. As you may notice, you are adding a round of “the Chief” after every completed 200 meter run, with the run not counting towards your score. Just rounds and reps of the chief. Good news is, the stuff that actually counts will add up, forcing you to spend longer inside than outside, so yay for that! Other than that, just keep running . . .
