The name is aptly picked because, there. Is. A. LOT of leg work. And yes, this is an interval workout for those of you out there who just absolutely adore them. The idea again with intervals is to hold an 80% energy output pace on that first round, thereby establishing a repeatable time for the next 4 rounds. It’s only 5 rounds, my friends, we got this. It’s gonna be AWESOME!!!!!
