We’ve got a lot of reps of rowing and gymnastics. If you’re wondering how far you can expect to get, the goal should be a round. If it’s tough to get there, you’re doing it right. If it’s impossible, scaling will be for you. For the rowing, lowering the reps would be a smart move. For the Pullups/Toes to Bar, pick something you can move through at a steady pace but isn’t IMPOSSIBLE. And who doesn’t love burpees?
