Iron Grip CrossFit – CrossFit
A repeat workout from May 7th of this year. With about 7 months of training between doing this workout, now we get a chance to see how much we’ve improved. However, if in the event you tie or do worse than your last attempt, don’t let that get you down. Especially after yesterday, you may not feel 100%, which is totally fine! So come into this workout with an open mind on how it may go. It may feel awesome the whole time, so stick with it. Or, you can tell it’s just not gonna go super great. In that case, a workout’s a workout dog gonnit, and you’re gonna give this one however much you can. So happy Tuesday and let’s do it!
