With 180/170 total reps for one round, the obvious goal is to make it to those burpee box jumps. That being said, deciding what weight to use on the dumbbell and wallball is key. Being able to do 25+ reps unbroken would be a good gauge of how light/heavy it should be. Try to challenge yourself and think short rest, not big sets. The shorter you rest the quicker you move. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast.
