Doesn’t get better than a 2K row and light “Isabel” on a Sunday! Simple is always effective, therefore painful, so make sure you make that barbell doable and not too overwhelming. It should be a weight where you get RIGHT on it as soon as you’re done with that first row. Once you’re done with those 30 reps, don’t even think, just get on that rower and finish this sucker out.
