Yay, “Kelly”!!! I don’t know about you, but this workout looks FANTASTIC. Who doesn’t love running?!?! “Kelly” is a benchmark workout, which means all pathways’ Rx is the same. Remember to find a weight and height that allows you to move well and smooth across the 5 rounds. 5 is not a small number when it comes to workouts like this, so make sure your movements are things you’re confident in doing for high volume. Other than that, yaaaaay “Kelly”!!!!
