Just Split The Difference

The split style lifts are a great way to add variance to our training, and allow athletes with mobility issues to do the lifts more effectively without using the squat. Training both sides of the split is also a great way to improve coordination, agility and balance.


Warm-up (No Measure)

3 Rounds

5 Pullups

5 Burpees

5 V-up/situp/leg raise

10 Jump lunges


Split clean footwork drills


Clean (2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2)

Use a split clean style. Alternate feet for each rep in a set.
