Today is all about continuing from one discomfort to the next. For the row, you should feel in control the entire time. Again, not comfortable, but you should be able to get off and immediately pick up the barbell. This time it is literally just the barbell, which means those 50 should be in one, maybe two sets. Test your mental toughness and try and hold onto it. Give little goals (i.e. “get to ten. Okay, now to twenty” etc.) Then for the pull-ups, finish strong. Last little bit of hurt, then you get to rest.
