For the gymnastics, have in mind how many sets you want for each round. Be smart, and be decisive. Pick a pace you know you can keep, one that won’t hinder your momentum during the workout. In terms of scaling, it should be a number you could complete unbroken when fresh. Run, jump, pull, compress. Easy.
