Today is all about limited rest and maximizing the quality of movement. With the run, pick a pace that allows you to immediately pick up the rope when you get inside. For the gymnastics, have in mind how many sets you want for each round. Be smart, and be decisive. Pick a pace you know you can keep, one that won’t hinder your momentum during the workout. In terms of scaling, it should be a number you could complete unbroken when fresh. Run, jump, pull, compress. Easy.
