Happy Veteran’s Day, Iron Grip! Coincidentally, today is also Military Appreciation day to kick off our week of appreciating all of our amazing, hard working members here in the gym. So during your class, be ready to be recognized for your service, whatever capacity it may be in. And of course, thank you to those who serve, have served, and fought for our country.

The biggest thing to remember with Hero Workouts is that they’re in memory of someone who gave their life for ours. So don’t be afraid to bring the barbell weight down if you know it’s too much, same with the kettlebell. Let’s honor those who have served today.
