Pidgeon stretch


Couch stretch

Sitting straddle


PVC partner shoulder

B: Warm-up (No Measure)

10 Minutes:

Work up to 85% 1RM Back squat


Back Squat (2-2-2-1-1-1-2-2-2)

Complete a set every 3 minutes

Sets of 2 @ 90% 1RM

Sets of 1 @ 95% 1RM
