15 Jumping jacks

20 Squats

B: Warm-up (No Measure)

5 sets

Work up to 80% 1RM bench press

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

5 Rounds – EMOM

Minute 1: 2 Bench press @ 80% 1RM

Minute 2: Med ball situps @ 20/14 (30 second max reps)

Minute 3: 2 Bench press @ 80% 1RM

Minute 4: Double unders (30 second max reps)

Score is total reps of situps + double unders
