Today we start with technique, then yet again try our best to carry it over into the metcon to follow. The skill is snatches today, which means today could be a good day, or it could be a rough one. Either way, you’re getting fitter. The challenge today is mindset. Snatches have a particular way of making confidence either really high, or really low, depending on the day. Today, make your expectation manageable. Come in and do the workout, and see how it goes. It might go great, it be a little rougher. Regardless, you’re getting better. Let’s have some fun today.
