Nutrition matters. The kind of fuel we consume matters. Our baseline prescription for eating is simple. “Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that support exercise but not body fat.” This is basic information that everyone really already knows. The difficulty (and correspondingly the magic) lies in the implementation.
