This workout is a lengthy one, and a lot of volume. If you know 135/95# cleans for 114 reps is going to be too much, scale the weight. As the saying goes, the point is to remember our heroes, not to be one. So scale appropriately. Done correctly, we’re looking at a 40-50 minute range.

For this Hero WOD, remember those that gave their lives in the pursuit of saving ours. Remember that every one of those 19 reps has a name, and that by completing this workout, you honor their memory and everything they fought for. We get to do what we do because of men like these. So when it starts to hurt, remember their sacrifice and keep pushing.
