Today, push those runs. You only have 3 of them, and you’ll be moving slightly slower inside the gym because of the heavy dumbbell anyway, so don’t let yourself slow up too much on the run, hold and push the pace. Other than that, because the weight is slightly more challenging today, don’t let it get into your head too much. Hold onto it for a little longer than you think you can, and push through. Yay Mondays!!!
