Little bit different of a format to start off our Tuesday, but one in which skill is our focus. The goal here is to start light, then gradually increase weight until that 12th set of 3 is the heaviest but still LOOKS the best. If you’re confident in snatching, we can approach this as a build to a heavy 3. If not, take it as 12 minutes of getting to practice the technique. For the metcon, doesn’t get any more straightforward than pull, push, then pull again. Pace it well, keep on breathing, and finish strong.
