No better way to start off the week than building to a heavy Hang Squat Snatch. The good news is the metcon to follow is very short, and hopefully very painful. So take your time on the weightlifting portion beforehand. Use the time to find out what’s missing, what needs to change, etc. There will be a lot of time spent on the Snatch itself, so today’s a great day to take advantage of the emphasis on this high skill movement. Then moving into the metcon, the key is to break early, so that you still have some control later. Now let’s Squat Snatch the heck outta Monday!!
