For a good cause, in a great place, with amazing people. In honor of Barbells for Boobs, Iron Grip CrossFit presents “Helen Meets Grace”, an annual event hosted in the effort to raise money for breast cancer aid and awareness through the effort and dedication of fitness.
“Helen” and “Grace” are two benchmark workouts most often done on their own. Today we do both back-to-back. When approaching this workout, be smart through “Helen” (just a little conservative) and finish hard and strong on “Grace”. The kettlebell should be light enough that you can maintain 21 unbroken all three rounds. The barbell should be light enough you could do 5-10 unbroken when fresh.
