Ah yes, Helen. The beloved Helen indeed. Helen is actually a very grip-intensive workout as well as a massive test of aerobic capacity. The key is, make sure all the transitions are as quick as they can be. The run and kettlebell swings will be “easy” to just move through without stopping. Don’t let yourself get caught up too much on the pull-ups. Besides that, enjoy this one. If you’ve done it before, let’s see if we can beat that previous score. If you haven’t, yay!
