A: Warm-up (No Measure)

3 Rounds

10 Wallballs

10 meters Under the fence

10 Arm circles (F&B)

B: Warm-up (No Measure)

Use 4-5 sets to work up to 70% 1RM back squat


Back Squat (10-8-6-4-2)

Increase weight with each set.
