This is a video of Ben Smith (currently the fittest man on earth) doing Front squats. He is doing a different workout than ours, but watch how deliberate and focused he is for each set and each rep as he gets fatigued. Lifting weights demands focus and deliberate intention. Our workout today is an opportunity to work on that particular skill.


A: Warm-up (No Measure)

20 meters under the fence

20 second samson stretch

40 meter high knees

20 second spiderman stretch

40 meters butt kickers

20 second couch stretch

20 meters Inchworm

B: Warm-up (No Measure)

5 Minutes:

Warm up to 85% 1RM for Front squat


Front Squat (10 Rounds – 3 reps every 2 minutes)
