Warm-up (No Measure)
Teams of 2 complete:
A: Metcon (Weight)
EMOM: 8 Minutes
5 touch and go deadlifts for each partner @:
–In 1 minute, each partner must complete 5 touch and go reps of the required weight.
–If one partner fails, the other may continue.
–Eighth bar is an AMRAP after 5 reps
–Add 5 lbs to total for each extra rep completed.
B: Metcon (Time)
2 Minute windows:
100 meter Run
Max rep V-ups
Partners alternate work/rest every 2 minutes until all 150 V-ups are completed.
