Similar to Wednesday’s 1 1/2 miles of running, but this time it’s 1 mile and you get to just get it done with out the gate. From there, it’s all about consistency. Don’t drop the bar, go as unbroken as you can on the pull-ups and pace the burpees to continue you momentum. Then on that 10th round, take it home. Let’s finish off the week with a bang! BANG!
