Continuing our format with weightlifting first, metcon second, today’s focus is the Front Squat. A simple heavy set of 3 to start, then a quick lung and leg burner to follow. Similar to Monday’s workout, this should be a relatively quick workout. It should not be so difficult to the point where we have to rest too much. Quick breath, then right back on it, that’s the pace we want to set today. Progress is built through pain, so let’s make it burn.
