Weightlifting and bodyweight movements today, and a lot of them. For the deadlifts, pick a weight that feels light. You’ve got 18 minutes of work, so it shouldn’t be so heavy that you’re standing there, staring at the bar hopelessly. Keep moving. The pull-ups should be scaled accordingly, where you can confidently do 1, 3, maybe 5 sets to break up the 15 reps. Otherwise, you might think about lowering the amount of reps.
