The upside to today is we know exactly how many sets we can expect to do for the actual workout. What that means is be prepared for that set of 9 to be just as difficult if not more difficult than the set of 15. Be smart when deciding on your workout weight. There is no time aspect to today, but make sure you stay warm in between sets and stay smooth and consistent. Just when you think you can’t hold on any longer, push through, finish that set. Today is where progress is made.
Clean & Jerk 15-12- and 9 reps
Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets
