Three different barbell weights for the pathways today. The reason is so you can feel confident in whatever weight you’ve got prescribed. If not, never be afraid to find something you are confident in. Remember, confident does not necessarily mean super comfortable. The barbell should be challenging, but not impossible. So think hard on what the weight will be and lezz get it. The gymnastics are there for you to recover, then push on that barbell. Easy money.
