BURGENER WARM-UP:

1. Down and “Finish”

2. Elbows High and Outside

3. Muscle Clean

4. Clean Lands at 2″, 4″, 6″

5. Clean Drops

SKILL TRANSFER EXERCISES:

1. Finish and Drop

2. Front squat

3. Hang clean

Weightlifting

Clean (1-1-1-1-1-1-1)

Start around 75-80% 1RM. Add weight each set. Try to establish a new 1-rep max.
