Iron Grip CrossFit – CrossFit
Grace is one of the most well known CrossFit benchmarks and it is for good reason. It is a short, painful, incredibly effective workout that allows us to push in ways we don’t often get a chance to see. Luckily for today, we get to make the workout weight feel very, very light. Prior to the metcon we will do a 1-rep test of the clean and jerk. What that means is, if it’s feeling good and you really want to test the weight, today’s your day. If you’d rather simply do more weight than the workout to make it feel lighter, more power to you. Either way, we can use the initial portion to determine what weight we want for the metcon. Let’s see what we can do today.
