With 1,000 meters as our buy-in, it’s tempting to just get that done as quickly as possible. However, the buy-in is the least important part, with the 21-15-9 portion being the main focus. Save some energy for those deadlifts, burpees, and jerks. Ya jerks. The weight on the barbell should be something you might be able to complete 20+ push jerks unbroken. The goal for today is not necessarily to move super fast, but rather to not slow down.
