Unfortunately, there is no place to “slow down” and then “speed up.” Each portion should be easy enough to move through without stopping or taking a moment to rest. Therefore the weight on the barbell should feel easy. It will get challenging, but choose a weight that seems too light. The bike/row you keep moving. Through Cindy you keep moving, and the power snatches should be extremely fast singles if breaking it up at all (aka you keep moving). In other words, at 3, 2, 1…Go, just go.
