First, we challenge the weight a bit with a single heavy front squat. We’ve been pausing a lot leading up to this. Now is our chance to challenge the technique under a little bit of load and see what we can do. Moving into the metcon, use the box jumps as the pacer for this workout. Try and stay as unbroken as possible on the weighted movements. Breathe in at the top of the kettlebell swing and reset your breath every time you stand from each squat. Legs are going to burn, lungs are going to burn, so let’s fuel the fire. Get to burnin’.
