A slow kettlebell swing is not too different from a fast one. But, moving slowly on the bike or run is very different from moving fast. Therefore, the kettlebell isn’t where you push, it’s the mono-structural elements. You want to be able to complete those without too much fatigue, therefore break the kettlebell swings up if need be, but not too much. Get comfortable with that odd object, it’s only making running without it easier.
