Tempo squats

10 seconds down

10 second pause

10 seconds up

Air – T-spine rotations

PVC – MB back extensions

Barbell – Shoulder rotate&flex

B: Warm-up (No Measure)

10 minutes

Work up to 80% 1RM for 1 rep and begin single sets at that weight.
