A repeat from November 14th, 2018. This workout is really about how much you’re willing to make that set of 8 and 10 on the front squats hurt. So we’re going to make the workout weight feel light as heck by building to a heavy single prior to it. So for today, we get to challenge our 1 rep if it feels good, then challenge our ability to hang onto the bar when it feels awful. Let’s get it.
