The front squat is probably the most functional of all the squat movements we do. We simply have a tendency to carry most loads in front of us. So it makes good sense to be really good at the front squat.


A: Warm-up (No Measure)

20 m high knees

10 m heel pulls

20 m butt kickers

10 m frankenstein

20 m broad jumps

10 m crab walk

20 m bear crawl

B: Warm-up (No Measure)

Work up to 80% 1RM front squat
