For the back squats, two options today: pick a challenging weight and stick with it across all 3 sets, or increase weight each set. Either way, the goal is exceptional movement with slightly challenging weights. Moving into Freddy Krueger, the challenge is to go unbroken with that kettlebell. If you can learn how to rest just a bit at the top of a kettlebell swing, your ability to hold onto it will benefit dramatically. In other words, hold onto that kettlebell as long as you can, and then go as fast as you can on those burpees. Too fast and you slow down, too slow and your time suffers, so find that space in between . . . and good luck.
