Even: 15 Burpees
Continue with the EMOM pattern for as long as possible. If you fall behind the minute, continue as if it were an AMRAP instead. Final score will be the total number of rounds completed after 30 minutes.
If you complete the workout AMRAP style, enter rounds and reps for your score and note the number of rounds completed EMOM style in the notes.
