What you may not have noticed is that dumbbell is pretty heavy today. Hopefully, what we’re looking at is between 1 and 2 rounds. However, make no mistake, 1 round is A LOT of reps. Good news (kind of) is that we have 20 minutes to work through it! So start off on those wallballs in sets that allow you to offset fatigue knowing you WILL make it back there, and you’ll want the extra energy. So yay Mondays, and yay 20 minutes!!
