The great thing about going heavy first is the workout weight will feel WAY lighter. If anything, have that be the focus for that first weighlifting section. As for the metcon, today is a quick and terrible sprint. The weight on the thruster should be something you don’t break more than once. The main thing: turn off your brain and go. Today, the less you think, the better. Bring the energy and go.
