10 meter Frankenstein

20 meter High knees

B: Warm-up (No Measure)

Back squats

10 reps w/ Barbell

7 reps

5 reps

3 reps

1 rep

1 rep @ 80%


Back Squat (5-5-5-5-5)

Use 80% of 1-rep max for all sets.

Rest as needed between sets.
