Good news is, you only have to row once! However, it is a 2K row. With that said, the goal is not to set any records on that buy-in, but instead make sure there’s energy left for the majority of the workout, which is working through “The Chief.” Hopefully, we’re looking at an under-20 minute workout today. So scale accordingly. Other than that, should be a nice, easy, relaxing, wonderful Monday, folks. . . hopefully.
