It is not often that we repeat a workout so soon after doing it initially, but today, we get the chance to see how far we’ve come in so little time, and I bet you anything, a lot of us will be surprised by how much better we do. The biggest thing again is to take it easy on the row so you can establish a pace on “The Chief” that you never slow up on. That way by round 9 and 10, you pick it up and finish strong.
