Fight Gone Bad is one of the most notorious CrossFit workouts. It has the amazing ability to make it oh so easy to blow yourself up just within the first round. It is also a workout that will benefit you if you come in with a plan. If you have a goal and plan of how many reps you want at each station, that goal will take precedent over the pain you’re in while you’re at said station. So make sure you know what you’re plan is, execute it, and then lay on the ground for a few minutes to recover afterward. You earned it . . . Happy Friday!
