“Fight Gone Bad”

It’s time for one of the classics. Everyone who calls themselves a CrossFitter should have a score for this workout. Don’t worry it’s not so bad… just like a “fight gone bad.”


Warm-up (No Measure)


Burpee every time you hear the word “thunder.”

Minute 1 = Run in place

Minute 2 = Jumping jacks

Minute 3 = Rest (still doing burpees)

Minute 4 = Run in place

Minute 5 = Jumping jacks


Fight Gone Bad (3 Rounds for reps)

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball Shots (Reps), 20#
Sumo deadlift high-pull (Reps), 75#
Box Jumps, 20″ (Reps)
Push-press (Reps), 75#
Row (Calories)
1-minute rest
