Today’s score will be the lowest score in any of the five rounds. What that means is that going out too hot will not pay off in the end by any means. The kettlebell swings is where breaking a little before that minute will pay off. Better to do one big, steady set than multiple, quick, exhausting sets and have less time to transition. Focus your effort to holding on and staying consistent. The lunges and bike will be where constantly moving is easier, so keep going. Get those booty gains.
