2 people may be on the field. 1 person must stay behind the start line. Substitutions may be made any time by returning to the start line. Only 1 person works at a time.

B: Metcon (Time)

For time:

12 Squat Cleans @ 105/75

20 Burpees

12 Pullups

20 DB Box step overs @ 24/20″

24 Wallballs

40 cal Row
1 person works at a time on the field. Other 2 people must stay behind the start line. Substitutions may be made any time by returning to the start line. At the finish of the row, player must return to the start line and whole team races to the finish line together.
