Iron Grip CrossFit – CrossFit
Technique, Intensity, Volume. There is a constant effort to balance these elements in any training program. How good does our technique need to be? As good as it can be while still maintaining intensity. How intense should the workout be? Enough to provide the desired stimulus while still allowing for continued training. How much training (volume) should we be doing? As much as is necessary to reach our desired goals without affecting technique or intensity.
